2008. The ferrets catch their second magpie for the summer. This time it's Darius and Cassander who are the victorious hunters. I witnessed the kill which was quite impressive with both ferrets suddenly making a short-range attack at astonishing speed. It was over in a few seconds. I didn't get a photo of both of them with the magpie, because as I excitedly entered the enclosure with my camera poor Darius thought he might have done something wrong and went into hiding in their nesting cage.
